Med Lab Partners are invested in engaging with customers to explore their current service provision, identify associated problems and with our team form a partnership to create bespoke solutions. Through the use of canvas based tools combined with our knowledge and experience, we provide a unique approach to addressing our customer’s needs. The service is hugely configurable according to the information provided by our customer. As a general overview we provide a primary support package, which utilises business modelling tools for problem identification. This primary process is designed to be customer led, where the canvas tools allow engagement with their entire team. This ensures generation of a secondary support package that is focused on service improvement, which is within our scope of practice, and meets the customer’s needs.
